I would really like to have my account updated and closed on the credit bureaus please. It's been years since you've last updated my credit report and it affects my credit profile. The last update that you made on the Credit bureaus was in 2006, this debt is prescribe debt and should no longer me shown on my ITC nor can it be listed. on my payment profile, your payment profile should be updated every 2years and this is now 8 years... The ombudsman will be contacted about this
