No response from Discovery on our requests

Angelique from FNB (which is the underwriter of the Discovery Credit card) contacted my 82 year old mother June 2013 regarding outstanding payments due on the card. Since then mom phoned her numerous times, I spoke to Angelique 3 June 2013, I wrote an e-mail to Angelique to follow up on 31 July 2013 but to this date she has only promised to send us the forms(?) and she does not respond to the answers in our e-mails, faxes and personal telephone communications. How can we arrange to pay off the debt if they don't give us the details?
