Fnb online website is not user friendly

I tried to reset my online password but with all the correct info given such as your 16 digit card number as well as your pin etc the fnb on line website still tell you that the info is incorrect. So they give you an 08 number and the only way you can get help is by giving the same information to an agent who is goind to charge a R50.00 fee what a RIP OFF!!! (OMW)
