Good day i have been getting calls from MTN regarding a sim card billingf that i have not been using actively for the past year and they advise now that i have to pay R6000 to VVM arttoneys, i initialy had a top up my 100 contract until i had to pay R6000 of exepenses which i paid it all up in full then they started billing me gagain of which my contruct even expired but they kept on billing me for the R350 top up even when the sim card was not even functional on their network and i have not been using at all because i use a prepaid sim card which MTN contacted me on and always send me messages on, please can anyone from MTN check their records straight and tel me when last was that sim card active online and so forth because i am definetly not paying R6000 for sometning i have not used for such a long period, they have made my name bad with credit burea and all and have been with MTN for morethan 14yrs and now i amgeting punished for.
