You guys are very innovative with technology but you need to put more effort in ensuring that your infrastructure can actually carry all that you are throwing at it. You availability, a very key component for a successful online campaign, really. All these customers like myself from other banks will eventually leave for our previous banks since there are never so many online issue with other banks. Please sort out your house.
