I have two credit cards from Clicks, the first one has expired and the second one has not even been activated.
Once again I am being hassled becuase of non-payment on a card that has not been active. When I queried the R6000-00 arrears, all I was told that it was due to "late payments".
I asked for a statement and got one which only reflects the outstanding amount but not the details as to where this R6000-00 comes from as I have not used the card and want this account closed.
I tried the two email addresses that were provided on the website and, as usual, they don't work.
I have informed Clicks that not one cent will be paid until I can receive statements going back as far as possible in order to determine where the spend and the response I got was I will have to pay or I get handed over.
If Clicks cannot pick up or monitor unusual activity on a card that has expired or has not even been activated, i have very serious doubts about their compentence and security.
I wonder how ling it is going to be before Clicks acts on the compliant or am i going to be harrassed and handed over due to the total incompetence of Clicks Credit Card division again???
