My wife has been having endless issues with FNB regarding the bank account of our daughter. The account has been opened for almost 9 years and NOW they looking for details like address. My wife spend a whole Monday morning inside the bank providing all the documentation, driving up and down to get everything they wanted. She only left the Vanderbijlpark Vaal Maal branch 15:30 that day. Two weeks ago she received a phone call from FNB asking for the same paperwork AGAIN. We emailed the paperwork to the email address supplied the next day. Today again she received a sms asking for the paperwork. I'm NOT sending it again and if FNB freezes the account I will close my account and go to another Bank. Blaming your systems is also not going to help, it's because incompetent people work there.
