I have been trying for the past three years to collect the surplus money of my late husband,
This has been such a nightmare dealing with the call centre, as one person would say one thing and the next person I speak to would contradict everything I was told. I have been up and down from Johannesburg to Durban trying to get what is required in order for a resolution to be met.
I was told two weeks ago that the documents have once again been received, however she in the call centre is not sure when it will be loaded on the system. I have been calling trying to get feedback every day from this company and still nothing.
This is not your money!!! I need help on how to get this money paid to me
Someone needs to take responsibility and give me the answer I deserve.
