On two separate occasions I had issues transacting on the easypay website. I was very impressed with (a) the prompt and professional response I received after my query was logged on the website (b) the speedy resolution to the problem and (c) the follow telephone calls I received. In both cases, Brendon Johnson assisted me and I wish to give a big thank you to him and Easypay.
