I lost my cellphone in the middle of August, the i sent my claim request forms through and i got hold of a guy named Kagiso Mashigo who was very helpfull and friendly, aslo updated me on the status of my claim . made me feel at ease even though i had lost my fone . and i am glad to say that he went the extra mile in helping me in this regard also updated my policy with the new handset i am getting in 2days.
I would really reccomend him for the best customer service he gave me, i would say he is great and very efficient as he assisted by getting /sourcing out a phone for me from the supplier as mtn didn't have stock.
