My daughter lost her cell phone and it was a sentitive issue as she lived for her new cellphone. I live in Limpopo and my nearest supplier for a new phone was 90kms but Luckily I had Chanel who made everything easier and going the EXTRA mile for me and my daughter. she followed up on the claim daily and then when i had to get the new handset she helped on getting the phone delivered. Wow I am not use to such great service. Thank you for the assistance and going the EXTRA EXTRA mile.
