I am under debt review and all was approved by court order along with a propsal letter form Absa Debt review, but the last 7 months Absa Debt review department has been contacting me and handed me over to their attorneys. According to all documentation from my debt councellor and distribution agent the account has been paid up in June 2013. My debt councellor has been writing numerous letters to your department but to no availe. I am still being treated like a criminal because the call centre agents are very rude and are yelling at me that it is still my problem to see that the account is paid. I hereby demand that this matter must be resolved immediately. I have not skipped any payments to the distribution agent and according to statements they also have not skipped a payment to you.
