Good day, I am currently experiencing a problem with Standard Bank Cheque account. I was under debt review and removed by Maxlaw on my behalf to rearrange the payment plan for the amount of R250 every month.which I was paying and currently paying. The last payment that was mas was on the 28/02/2013 but according to RL Daly attorneys with this ref 4506664 when they send sms to query about. They stated that I didnt make a payment in February 2013 thats why they handed over. I even send them the proof of payment but they denie that I am on arrears. I did arranged with Standard Bank before that I am going to pay the amount of R250 every last day of the month until i finished. I am so supprised that I received an sms stating that my account has been handed over .please advise
