Bad customer service

I have sent the required documents as requested on the 28/08/2013 and paid R399.00 upfront and the proof of payment was sent together with other documents, Today when I phoned to enquire about my application I was told that I only sent proof of residence, application form and proof of payment, the person who answered my call was so rude and not helpful, it's a shame for a customer to be treated like that, when we need to be helped.
