Hi I applied through Loan detector SA for a loan in the beginning of this month. I recieved a sms that I had to sent through the relevant documents to apply for a loan, which I did. Yesterday a R399 was deducted from my account and up till now i have not recieved any feedback on my loan application. I entered into this agreement with the knowing I will get a loan for the R399. I am not sure whether I have been misled by agreeing to get a loan. I am very disappointed of the fact that i had no service for this amount that has been debited. I would like to have my money refunded and would like to cancel everything. I am not sure what i entered into but I can say for sure this was not right. Whether Loan detector will only help me after I paid the R399 that I am not sure either. I would just like to have my money refunded to me. Thank you veneshia
