AIP Absa Services deducting money on my account

I am complaining about Absa (aip services) for deducting an amount of R542 insurance from my bank account without m permision or consent. Once I have discovered this deductions I made several telephone calls and e-mails whereby I attached proof of my current insurer (1st for women) and absolutely no feedback and payment of the R542 deductions was done by their offices. The strange thing about it all was that I was informed that they didn't receive my e-mail whereby proof of my insurance was attached, but according to their offices they only received the attorney's e-mail. I was assured that my money would be paid into my account within the next 5 to 7 working days. It has now been 2 weeks and is there no sign of any refund.

I am very dissapointed with the way the hadnling things and I need Absa to stop deducting money on my acount instead give my refund of R542 back.
