I went to FNB bank In Horison Village to unblock my on line banking as i was told it was blocked due to activity, they said I must go to the bank to go and validate Authenticate myself i went on Friday and spent close to an hour waiting for assistance been tossed around and still my query was not resolved and the consultant at the bank gave me a number to call, i have been calling that number since Friday they is answer in that department, i called them again today still no assistance they telling to go back to the branch spend another 1 hour to 2 hours of my time trying to resolve this issue and they advertise convenience, I'm inconvenienced in every way no one seems to know how to resolve my query incompetence. its ridiculous and frustrating.
