So while i wait for the ladies at the SandtonCity branch to 'help me', more unauthorised debit orders go off my account! I spoke to a very knowledgeable, extremely helpful manager at the Adderly Street branch in Cape Town who received my case initially and handed over all the information that would be required by Sandton City to assist since I cannot be in Cape Town to receive assistance and last week I was promised a call back by Sandton City which just has not happened! why bother to ask the question 'how can we help you' if that help does not come through. round about now, I am extremely irate!
