I had a query regarding a balance on my revolving credit loan, the call centre could not help me and advised me to go into a branch, I went in to a branch where a consultant tried helping me and said the issue will be resolved by the next day... 4 days later the issue was still not resolved and I contacted the call centre who again could not help me, much to my inconvenience I went into the branch again and was told the same story, an email needed to be sent from the consultant and the issue would be resolved in approximately 24 hours... Surprise surprise 24 hours later nothing had been resolved... I have called the call centre numerous times now and been back to the branch for the third time, 13 days after the first visit to the branch regarding this query to be told again it will take a day to resolve... We are now on day 14 and the issue is still not resolved... I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service from Standard Bank and feel the need to maybe start looking at other banking institutes... my last resort and last bit of patience...
