So sent the sms, was called, lost 20 minutes on my life with a quote that was double my current car insurance installment with AON. guy told me I qualify for the R400.
He is sending me an e-mail and a pin to send them my current insurance document. Only after doing all that do I get an e-mail saying sorry you do not qualify, according to our T&C you got a payout a year ago.
Why waste my time sending you my documents, completing a link etc? Why does the sales consultant not tell me that, instead of we will be paying you R400?
