Standard Bank - EFT not affected after 4 days!

Once again my life has been disrupted by the banking industry and this time Standard Bank is blaming FNB and vice versa!
An amount of R105k was transferred via EFT from Standard Bank Hatfield to my FNB Woodmead account at 11:20am on Thursday 29th August 2013 according to the proof of payment sent to me and it is still not in my account!
Eventually, today, 3rd September 2013, after numerous calls Standard Bank tells their account holder that it is due to a problem they are experiencing with the IT department of FNB - and FNB says that is nonsense, the problem with their IT department!!!
So - go figure!
