I bank with capitec bank, and there has been debits going through my account, which i do not know where they come from. i contact my bank and they say i should contcat the peopel that took the money, they cannot reverse it, i cantact those people, but you never get through to them, this has been going on for months now, how will i know what is going on if i cannot get hold of them, they are a useless bank, and they just let my money be taken like that, there is no effort from their side to assist me as a client. the money that has been debiotted from my account is over R 1000 for a couple of consecutive months, and they just stand back and watch, with no assistance. i need them to start acting on their client's behalf and stop being the useless bank that they showing me they are rigfht now.
