Hi fnb I am a very dissatisfied customer.i joined you guys about a year ago.opened up a gold cheque account in the hope of getting a s3 galaxy phone.but they declined me due to an administration order on my name.but a year before I opened an account with you I was approved a vehicle of almost R200.000.00 through guess who?? My old bank absa.so I tried a few weeks ago for a galaxy s4, guess what they declined me immediately. They even declined me in purchasing another vehicle again.guess what fnb, absa has approved my new vehicle last week, I collected my new vehicle last week.so if I don't get answers asap I will close my account and go back to absa bank.this is my second vehicle absa helped me with and you guys declined me even the first time.and guess what I paid my car off last month in a question of two years.but you not helping me with a phone of R299 per month.very disgusted and upset.will definitely be taking my banking business back to the guys who have backed me. And I'm in the process of buying a house as well.thanks fnb but no thanks.
