Morning I am a gold cheque account holder at fnb.i applied for a galaxy s3 last year.i was declined. Then this year a few days maybe a week or two ago I applied for the galaxy s4.to no avail still no luck.i moved from my old bank where I have a car through them to the value of almost R200.000.00 but I can't get a phone from fnb.i might as well close my account with fnb.move back to my old bank.even with the high bank charges I know I'll get the Samsung galaxy s4.and I'm also in the process of purchasing a new vehicle through them for R250.000.00 . I'm upset with fnb.i don't meet certain criteria.but I can buy a car through my old bank for over R200.000.00 doesn't make sense. I've been debt free for over 2 yrs.only paying my car off. I'm making another R40.000.00 payment on wednesday on my current car.i took my car over 72months.only have the car for 2yrs.only owe another R50.000.00.do the maths and I'm a briliant payer.too bad fnb. Have had enough of them. I tried for the s3, had yo buy it cash.i will get a phone from my old bank with open arms.can't believe it!!!
