Bad Attitude offered by one of the Consultant

Good Day, Peter

I've called in on the 10th of May 2013 to cancel my policy I spoken to one the consultant who i don't recall he's name. He was so rude toward me telling me that why do i want to cancel my policy but i don't even use the benefits I told him that it was because of my financial reasons, he kept going on and on telling me that i'm lairing. I even asked him so nicely to please cancel my policy and he did not, I called in again late to double check if he did what I've asked him to do but still the policy was not cancelled, the second consultant i spoked to he assisted me nicely without cross questioning me. it was regarding my accidental assist policy
i had with them.
