Misled in taking out a policy

Usually 1Life has an ad whereby you can sms your name and they will call you back. I did that on the Life cover ad. The consultant phone, had a discussion with him and that was in 2011. To my knowledge I believe I took a life cover only to find out now when I want to increase my cover that actaully it wasnt a Life cover its an accidental cover. I am very disappointed knowing that there's been money deducted from my account for something that I didnt insure for. I have spoken to a consultant for my policy to be cancelled and be refunded for all my premiums I paid for but there seem to be some waiting period that I have to wait for my complain to be resolved which takes about 17days, they telling me about having to check their archives for the recording for that day before they can take further steps. I am really not happy about the service and I will never take out a policy with 1Life.
