We submitted a claim for our car to be repaired, but the assessor & Discovery refused to take all accident damage into account.
On mentioning this & sending over 8 emails, leaving 3 messages, I haven't had any replies & neither party is wanting to include all accident damage.
Will definitely be canceling my insurance with them. Poor service & bad internal systems, and unethical insurance.
