I requested FNB legal assistance on the 10th June 2013 on behalf of my retired mother who has not received her Leave Gratuity from Eastern Cape since 2009. She has been paying for FNB legal service but so far we have not received any reply. I have since sent a follow up e-mail asking how long this is likely to take to be resolved/ at least be contacted, no reply there either. It is very dissappointing to pay for service without actually getting any service.
