I ordered a pizza online and requested delivery. Payment was done online. After an hour or so called the branch who told me no order was recorded and they cannot help. I called the call as there was a debit off my account. The call centre consultant said they he will call me back, I received no call. I called back and waited for a call from the branch as promised by the consultant. I missed the call as I was away from my desk. Today I called again, spoke to the consultant twice, eventually got a call from the branch and I have to pay for my pizza that is 24 hours late. Really!!! This is a joke, its a pizza, I'm not asking for a financial needs analysis on deboniars. Anyway, this is an attempt to bring to you attention that you have now lost a loyal client who orders regularly for not only himself but all of staff and colleagues. Don't offer an online service if you cannot get it to work properly first.
