I made an online payment for salaries which would go of the next day. Called FNB online banking to say I need the payment cleared today and they refused. Gone to the branch and then wa promised that the payment will be cleared in an hour. Two hours latter nothing and by the time I left the branch it was not yet done. No good reason given other than people who should do it are busy and don't pick up phones. Was kept holding for 10 when I decided3 hours of waiting for what should be straight forward is more that I can accept. Impact of this? My staff will receive salaries a day late and I will look like an. Best I move to another bank. I asked for the CEO tell mime and wasn't provided with one. On to of that I lost half a day of work
