Went into Southdale branch on 20/07 and got a bank statement, and now when I log on to internet banking I see I was charged twice. So I call FNB Enquiries to get told sorry, there's nothing we can do, we can't reverse the mistake, you have to go back to the branch if you want your money back!!
Now I have to ask myself if it's worth the hassle to go in on a Saturday (only day I can go) and wait in a never ending queue and deal with unhelpful bad attitude Southdale branch staff just to get MY R44.00 back.
Pathetic!
