I have requested FNB to review my credit score and it has been 6 weeks today and in the 6 weeks I made sure that I reminded FNB of my issue and they also advised that they will call back and then ensure that they ignore my issue
This is now starting to have a negative impact in my life and I now want it resolved.
Is FNB able to assist me with this? if not, are you going to ignore me forever?
Please tell me on how I should proceed. I think I have given you enough time to investigate and now is time to action.
