First National Bank
This is unacceptable

I got here about 20 mins ago to replace my card as it was on Saturday. However my issue is we have 3 people only to assist a magnitude of people. There is a string queue of people waiting to be helped but we are.waiting here as if we've got nothing else important to do. Their cubicle are closed. Worst of all they are really slow.

Disappointing!!
