I would like to lay a complaint on CREDITWORX (S AND V) T/A SNYMAN E and the NIMBLE GROUP.
I have been calling the above companies for more than a year with no help. I was blacklisted by Creditworx (S&V) but having paid my Leading Edge account in full. I have a credit amount of R75 on their account. I have paid more than R6, 130.54 towards settling the account. The initial judgement amount was R5, 754..
No so long ago I called their call centre at 0878250400 (Johannesburg) and I was told to call Cape Town 0214020700 and Cape Town referred me back to call Johannesburg. I need a letter confirming that I have paid my account in full. I need that letter to source a lawyer to rescind the judgement against my name on the Credit Bureau register. I have incurred beyond tolerable telephonic costs in trying to resolve this matter. Their call centre agents are clueless on how to service clients.
I need to obtain the confirmation letter confirming that I have paid the account in full together with an updated statement of account. My account number is 63529/1450 and the judgement case number is 5595 /11 Magisterial Court Cape Town. They're making my life a living.
