Poor response to queries

I have sent Iwyze emails given how strunded I am am. One am not in the country, the 086 number they have does not go through from an international number, on their website the email tab "that has an option to sent me a copy" of the email is not sending the copy so I don't know if this email was delivered or not.
My S.A. number is not working at the moment can someone please get in touch on the number I have provided here or at least respond here and I will get back to you. Better still give me a number that I can call you through that is not the 086 or a direct email address... anything really!!!
