Customers Beware

Customers Beware of FNB - If you have a problem they are single handedly the hardest bank to have to deal with in order to get a resolution set in place that all departments are aware of.

I have had limited to no access to my account since a possible transaction in June, having being passed from pillar to post between departments that cannot communicate effectively within themselves let alone outside their remits has been so frustrating.

At this time we have begged and borrowed to keep afloat on a day to day basis. Every day filled with no news or empty promises which we never see any delivery on.

We have involved the Ombudsman now to find a solution.

Again Customers, beware, the moment you have an issue STAMP YOUR FEET, it does not pay to play by their rules anymore. Big companies seem to believe that they are a law unto themselves but the truth is, it's the little guys who put them there and standing united the little guys will bring them down just as quickly.
