Good day. I have comprehensive car, household content as well as building insurance with First For Women. My cellphone got damaged during an attempted of my handbag at a mall this weekend. Because I have handbag AND portable possession insurance with them I phoned this morning to put in a claim for my phone to be repaired. I was told that this claim will not be approved because my cellphone was not specified. When I opened my policy I should have been told to specify my cellphone make and model. As a result of these poor excuses I keep receiving from First for Women I will be taking all my insurance needs to another company that is willing to deliver what they promise... Thanks for nothing First for Women
