I had a problem with my geyser and called the JHB call centre. A plumber was sent out duly who confirmed a burst geyser. I called the JHB call centre who then informed me that they only ensure a certain part on the geyser which of course had me fuming and frothing at the mouth. I ended the call still very upset. After 10 min I got a call from Daron, as I was still upset I asked him if they expect me to know everything about a geyser etc etc. Daron remained calm, patient and polite. He explained the entire process to me, lodged my claim and arranged that I have some assistance with the excess payment as it is close to the end of the month. WOW what a pleasure it was to deal with Daron! DARON not only are you a star! You are an ANGEL. May your chosen career path be as smooth as you made my claim to be!! Thanks a million.
