Great service great attitude

My new cellphone (3 months old) was yesterday in Woodstock, and I was really upset by the personal violation. I reported it to the police and my service provider and then called my insurer. I got Daron Theunis on the phone. He was immediately sympathetic about the incident, and was reassuring as he took down the details of the incident. He understood how important my phone was to me, and he said he would do his best to see it replaced before the weekend, but he wasn't sure if it would be possible. No less than 10 minutes later he called me to tell me he had settle my claim, and a replacement phone would be delivered to me by courier tomorrow. Not only was the handling of my claim quick and efficient (as Auto & General's service invariably is) but Daron was kind and efficient and made the whole situation much better with the work he did. Thank you as always A&G, I always recommend your company to my friends.
