My loan account fell into arrears and arrangements were made to repay the normal inst and add amount for 3 months. 2 months after making and adhering to the arrangement makhasazana gavin advised me that i had to make another arrangement and eventually we agreed she would load a d/o for R1190 for 3 months. on my due day a debit order of r1216 went off, left it as is. then on the 23rd another debit order of r481 went off. i have been struggling with them for over a week now to get my money back. everyone i speak to has a different story. eventually yoday i was told that the team leader sizakele masango would call me back by 12 o'clock. this still hasnt happened and now im put on hold for more than 10 mins.
