I'm very impressed with the service I received Daron Theunis from Telesure (Virgin Insurance). Last Friday (30 August 2013) I put in a claim for possessions that were that morning. Less than 24 hours later - amidst thousands of claims during Cape Town's stormy weather - my claim was approved; 48 hours later I had received a new phone, had confirmation of a laptop that was on its way to me and received payout for the rest of my claim.
Thank you Daron and Telesure for making this difficult time an easy and fuss-free process - whoever said that dealing with insurance companies can be a harrowing experience have clearly never dealt with you. I will and have recommended your services to my friends and family.
