Wrong Debit order date, after 4.5 hours in branch

Hi, I have a brand new loan account, but the debit order date is wrong, the consultant saw my statements and I told her that we get paid on the last day of the month, eg. tomorrow (yes on a saturday even), yet the debit order already tried to go off yesterday. Can someone please assist urgently as this is not good service. I already spent 4 and half hours that day in the branch and still the dates are wrong. Please check the bank statements that I provided. Please contact me.
