I swiped about - R1300 extra that i didn't have in my business acc unaware, when the bank statement came it showed - R5900, and a lady from fnb called me to inform me about the money that i owe fnb, i asked her how did it come to -R5900 she told me its penalties, i asked her how can they charge me 400% interests in 2 weeks, she told me she doesn't know she is only doing her job i must go to my branch & sort it out, i did that and when i get there i was send to " Maphuthi" i explained & she told me there is nothing she can do, i must jst pay or they will take me to ITC, i told her that its unfair and im already on ITC because of FNB they listed me jst bcoz i stopped using my personal acc and the monthly fees went up to R506 so they decided to list me without informing me, i paid the R506 six months ago but they didn't remove it even now, this rude lady said to me with a smile > i think i know too much and i came with an attitude but FNB is a BIG company they have lot of money im just an individual and if i decide to take the LIGAL road i don't stand any chance i eventually decided to sign an agreement to say il pay R150 a month, she told me they can still list it on ITC.
