Unable to help me increase my monhly instalment

I have taken a loan with capitec bank last year march, they gave me the 40 months instalment term, now i have requested them to decrease my instalment term and increase my monthly instalment, firstly they told me that they dont have the information thaat my salary has increased so they told me to go to the nearest branch with 3 payslips which i did. When i went there i explained my story and produced the payslips like i was told the guy called the loan office and without even checking them they just said they cant do it because of affordability without checking my my new salary. I called them again today and they gave me their collections department number, no help also. I called their other no which is 0860 66 77 89 only to speak with one of their staff who reapeted one question several times and i got irritated beacause i could see that its like that phone where u call and your money goes down the drain in seconds and she was like enjoying it and told me that she will send me the acc no where i will do the payments, i ask for an advice for an estimation of how much extra can i pay to finish my loan in 12 months but sh declined. I hate Capitec and i regret taking the loan now.
