My husband and I have just returned from tiffindell ski resort where we had been working and received US Dollars as a gratuity. Yesterday we go into the forex at the cresta branch to exchange it, the lady begin the counter was very helpful and we were told that the money has to be put into his bank account later that day, we are still waiting. My husband went through to th branch this morning to find out the problem and was told that the transaction is at head office waiting to be processed. That money is urgently needed and we have no idea when we may get it.
