U count online worst customer service from Manage

I order a product from Ucount online mall a few weeks ago, after about a week of having ordered the product, the status had not even changed on the shipping, they called the factory and they had no record of the order. I decided to cancel the order as it was taking to long and the whole process was making me nervous. I therefore tried getting a full refund to be paid back into the card that was debited immediately (no problems taking the money). I have called around 15 times to get this issue resolved. I spoke to Manager Oscar who assurred me the money would be paid back into account 2 days later, close to two weeks later and still nothing. When I try to reach Oscar he will not take my calls, this guy is a Manager. I was then passed on to Seroza who assured me she will deal with it, she promised to call me back, which she did not! Please do not purchase anything from Ucount online, it is a complete Cirucus, I feel helpless as the managers will not even take ownership of this issue!!!
