Lack of knowledge on ANYTHING

On Tuesday last week i made pament for the purchase of a new iphone 4s via the Mtn Online store. The entire process progressed right up until the end where i was asked to enter details of my credit card and payment was made. My account was immediately debited with the full phone amount, however, the order status on the account remained blank. The purchase still remained in the basket and not in the checkout. I then immediately called Mtn online and spoke to Zanele told me the network was down and assured me the order would reflect correctly within 24 hours.

After 24 hours, the order was still not confirmed. I have since then been calling Mtn on a DAILY basis. Promises by Zanele to keep me in the loop with what has been happening have never materialized. It is almost two weeks later and Mtn is sitting with my money, i have no iphone and no recourse. And all i get is excuses and nobody knows whats going on.

I demand a refund of my hard earned money!!
