Good day,

I'm actually not happy with the service standardbank is providing for the u count rewards. I just feel they are playing with us We are collecting points for absolutely nothing. 2 weeks ago they had a special of a tom, 2 camp chairs and mini braai stand. I tried busying it online like 20 times with no success then i phoned and spoke to a lady called Nichole C ref 06381 and she tried to help me buy it from her side with no success. then she advised i should cancel the current orders and she'll phone me back so that we can buy it and she never phoned back and eventually the product was out of stock so i missed out on buying it and Nichole was not the only one who tried to assist but Nichole just never came back to me. Now from 2 days ago I've been trying to but the Burnam professional clipper and it cannot process it. i have enough points to buy and i phoned the u count department and they saying it is probably out of stock but then why is it still appearing on the website as available. This is not acceptable. They should not have introduced online buying fucntion because i tried to buy as a non ucount memeber and still would not process for both items. explaning required
