Ucount online mall = one big fat

My boss requested me to order a gift from the ucount online store on the 31st of August 2013 for a customer, which I promptly did. When I paid for the gift, it said it would be delivered within 2-3 days from payment. It has been 14 days... no gift. I have phoned the call centre every day for the past 2 weeks... nobody can advise when OR IF the gift will be delivered. And apparently there is no manager that overseas the online store. I have sent numerous emails - no response. I even sent messages to them on their Facebook page = also pointless ("we'll tend to this asap/call you immediately" but never do). The consumers deserve better service than this (especially from a bank).
