I am so disapointed at the service I received from the customer care counter ABSA mall@carnival. I resently got remarried and wanted to change my personal information. I asked the lady what I would need to bring to do so, and also explained that I dont have any accounts that gets dilivered to my home address because we live on a farm... She printed out a form my husband needed to sigh that says I live with him at that address and needed to bring his water and lights account, my new and old id, and marridge sertificate. When I went back the second time the same lady that helped me the first time then said: sorry mam this ESKOM account is not valid. ( My postal and residential address is on this account, and my husband uses it all the time when needed) She was unable to help me, so what am I supose to do now? Maybe I should go looking for a bank that will help me!
